Cancellation policies
For pre-paid services (deposit/ full price payment), we will accept to refund you if you would like to cancel the service. However, as always, to prepare the services best for you, we will pay for cars, restaurants,... in advance, which can not be refunded when reaching a certain time. Below are detailed steps:

We will send you confirmation about amount of refund, which is defined below
Step 3: Receive your refund
You will receive the refund in a few working days
A day in advance is calculated by 24 hours before the service starting time. For example, if your tour starts at 8:00 AM Jan 20, then cancellations after 8:00 AM Jan 17 will receive 0% refund.
