Hotel pick-up and countryside transfer

Your private guide will pick you up from your hotel in District 1. Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for light farm activities and a hands-on cooking class.

The private taxi journey to the countryside farm takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Along the way, your guide will introduce Vietnamese food, culture and everyday life outside the city centre.

Welcome to an authentic local farm

A welcoming meal will be ready when you arrive. It is a light local meal to give you energy before exploring the farm and beginning the cooking class.

You will have free time to discover the organic garden and the peaceful corners of this genuine countryside home, away from the usual tourist setting.

Bicycle ride and local market

Ride a bicycle with your guide to a nearby local market and see how residents shop for everyday ingredients. If you prefer not to cycle, you can stay at the farm to explore and relax before the cooking class.

Hands-on Vietnamese cooking class

Prepare four Vietnamese dishes: minced pork grilled with lemongrass, Vietnamese spring rolls, Vietnamese pancakes, and Mekong Delta jackfruit-leaf cakes for dessert.

The local chefs and farm hosts guide you through each step. You can keep the recipes and recreate the dishes at home after the tour.

Fresh herbs and farm-to-table lunch

Collect fresh herbs from the garden to enjoy with your meal, then sit down to the lunch you have prepared. Fresh fruit and local refreshments are also included.

Return to Ho Chi Minh City

After the farm experience, your guide will arrange a private taxi and accompany you back to your hotel or agreed drop-off point.
