A current bank-office listing gives you a reliable address to contact. It is not confirmation that every currency shown in the bank’s national rate table can be exchanged as cash at that office. A displayed transfer rate and a foreign-cash purchase are different services.

Hon Gai: the Quang Ninh branch on 25/4 Street

This option is on the Hon Gai side rather than Bai Chay. Decide from your accommodation and remaining schedule whether it is the practical office to contact. Do not cross town simply because a list places one branch above another; this guide has no verified same-day ranking of local rates.
