Carnival Luminosa brought more than 2,000 international passengers to Phuoc An Port for scheduled shore tours on October 21.
Carnival Luminosa docked at Phuoc An Port in Dong Nai on October 21, bringing more than 2,000 international passengers ashore for scheduled tours in Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh City.

Passengers joined scheduled shore tours
The cruise ship, operated by Carnival Australia, sailed from Hong Kong before arriving in Vietnam. After port exit procedures, passengers joined scheduled tours and returned to the ship that afternoon. Carnival Luminosa then continued its voyage toward Singapore.
Phuoc An had already received about 1,000 cruise tourists in February 2026. Dong Nai’s tourism sector is working with cruise operators to survey destinations near the port for sightseeing, local experiences and shopping.
