Cat Tien’s Katien Ranger Patrol Named a 2026 Tourism Award Finalist
Cat Tien’s Katien Ranger Patrol is one of three finalists for a 2026 international tourism award; the winner is due November 2.
Katien Ranger Patrol at Cat Tien National Park has been shortlisted among three finalists for the British Guild of Travel Writers’ 2026 Best Wider World Tourism Project. The Guild plans to announce the winner on November 2; the finalist place is not a win.

The project is a ranger-led forest patrol experience, rather than a rating of the national park or its other tours. For visitors, the recognition applies to this specific conservation-focused product and does not announce a change to park access or operating conditions.
