Hanoi Estimates VND750 Billion in Tourism Revenue Around Big Bang Concerts
Hanoi authorities estimated tourism revenue of VND750 billion and nearly 220,000 visitors around the October 24–25 concerts.
Hanoi recorded an estimated VND750 billion (about US$29 million) in tourism revenue around Big Bang’s October 24–25 concerts, according to the city’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Nearly 220,000 tourists visited the city over the two concert days, including 68,000 international visitors, local authorities estimated. The department said the visitor total was 15.6% higher than the preceding week.
The shows increased demand for flights, accommodation, shopping and dining. At several three- to five-star hotels, occupancy reached between 75% and 100%, the department reported.
The Hanoi performances formed part of Big Bang’s 20th-anniversary world tour. The city plans to develop more tourism products linked to major events and improve visitor experiences, according to the report.
