Hanoi Plans November–December Trials of New Visitor Experiences
Hanoi plans to test some new or upgraded visitor experiences in November–December 2026, but has not named routes, venues or public schedules.
Hanoi says some new or upgraded visitor experiences may be tested in November and December 2026, after local authorities choose priorities and prepare plans in October and November. The outline comes from a deputy director of the city’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The plan asks localities to build on their own cultural, historical, craft, agricultural and ecological assets. Possible additions include guided visits, demonstrations and interactive activities, but the report names no specific route, venue or experience that visitors can book.
Hanoi also wants local managers to improve visitor basics such as signs, reception points, rest areas, toilets and parking, while connecting potential destinations with tour operators. Treat the November–December window as a trial target, not a published opening calendar: the places, operating dates and access details remain unspecified.
