Thanh Ha and Tra Que villages have reported 220,000 visitors combined since the start of 2026, reaching 70% of their combined annual target.
Two craft villages in Hoi An Tay Ward have reported 220,000 visitors combined since the start of 2026, reaching 70% of their combined annual target. Ward chairman Bui Van Dung reported 190,000 visitors at Thanh Ha Pottery Village, including 144,000 international tourists, and 30,000 at Tra Que Vegetable Village, including 29,000 international tourists, as of his October 12 comments.

Hoi An Tay authorities have also organized cultural and tourism activities at the villages during 2026. Reported examples include the “Back to Thanh Ha – Touch Pottery, Listen to Bai Choi” tourism product, traditional pottery classes for 30 residents, and continued planning for community-based tourism at Tra Que. The article does not give operating schedules, booking terms or new visitor-access arrangements for these activities.
The reported figures describe visitor numbers, not a forecast or a count of unique individuals. They offer a recent snapshot of demand at two craft-village attractions in Hoi An, while leaving practical opening, ticket and activity details unchanged.
