Oxalis Warns of Fake Son Doong Tour Booking Websites
Oxalis has named three fake Son Doong booking sites and explains how its official application and payment process works.
Oxalis Adventure has warned prospective Son Doong visitors about three fake booking websites using look-alike domains. The operator says they are not official channels; travelers should verify the address and booking process before sharing personal or payment details.

The warning was announced on October 7 by Oxalis general director Nguyen Chau A. The company identified oxadventur.com, oxadventura.com and oxadventures.shop. It says the sites imitate its name and website design, and that they target people searching for cave tours through online ads.
Oxalis says these sites are not owned or authorized by the company and are not official places to book or pay for its tours. The operator specifically says oxadventures.shop copies its booking form and asks for payment-card details that its official booking request does not require. Some prospective customers noticed irregularities and checked before sending money; the company reported no loss in those cases.
For an official booking request, Oxalis says it first contacts applicants to verify their details, provide advice and assess fitness. Payment follows only after the applicant is cleared to join. The company lists oxalisadventure.com as its official website and says it does not send tour-payment invoices from personal Gmail addresses.
Oxalis advises travelers to check the exact domain, operator identity and payment steps, especially when a site appears in an online ad. The company says it plans to notify Quang Tri’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and police so they can review the matter.
