The Michelin Guide started in Vietnam on June 6, 2023. This was the first time restaurants in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City were included in the guide, highlighting top dining spots and recognizing some with Michelin Stars and others with Bib Gourmand awards for great food at good prices.
