Thanh Hoa Sites to Offer Free Admission on November 23–24, 2026
The Ho Dynasty Citadel and Lam Kinh will offer free admission in Thanh Hoa on November 23 and 24, 2026.
The Ho Dynasty Citadel World Heritage Site and the Lam Kinh Special National Relic in Thanh Hoa will offer free admission on November 23 and 24, 2026. The dates coincide with Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day and Vietnam Culture Day, respectively.

The management board said the free admission applies to both domestic and international visitors. It also plans cultural and artistic activities for local residents and tourists, although the report did not give their program details.
The two sites represent the Ho and Later Le dynasties, the board’s deputy director said. The board also reported that it is refurbishing the sites’ landscapes, arranging tour guides and improving service quality and safety measures.
For visitors planning a Thanh Hoa trip, the announcement is limited to these two dates and these two heritage sites; the report does not say admission is free on other days.
