Meet at the boat pier

Your local tour guide will meet you at the boat pier and get on board at 8:00 AM or 2:00 PM, depending on the option you choose. Please tell us your preferred departure time when you book.

Perfume River cruise

Travel through the Perfume River and enjoy the beautiful views of Hue. On the way you pass by the Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the city's most famous landmarks.

Welcome drink in the riverside garden

Our local tour guide will meet you with a welcome drink. After that, you will discover the hidden riverside garden where the cooking class takes place.

Local market visit (morning option)

Walking to the local market and buying the ingredients there is part of the morning option only. Your guide will help you choose fresh vegetables, herbs and spices like a local.

Hands-on cooking class

Learn to cook 4-5 authentic Vietnamese dishes with your host in a private class. The dishes are adapted to your level, from complete beginners to keen home cooks.

Lunch or dinner inside the garden

Have lunch or dinner inside the garden next to the Perfume River, with the dishes you have just cooked. All food and a welcome drink are included in the tour.

Souvenir and return

Receive a souvenir and get back on the boat to the former meeting point. If you choose the Car option, a private car takes you back to your hotel in Hue.

Children 5-10 ages: 990,000 VND per person.
Children under 5: free of charge.
This is a private tour and normally requires at least two guests to operate. A single-guest booking may require an additional charge, confirmed before acceptance.
River Cruise option: meet up at the boat pier in Hue. Car option: pick-up and drop-off at your hotel in Hue are included.
A surcharge may apply on public holidays, Christmas, New Year and Lunar New Year; AN Tours will confirm it before acceptance.

Cancellation

Cancel more than 24 hours before departure: no cancellation charge.
Cancel within 24 hours of departure or do not show: 100% of the booking cost is charged.
