My Son Sanctuary & Rice Paper Making Itinerary

Choose your departure

The shared morning tour picks up in Da Nang at approximately 7:30–8:00AM and includes lunch. The shared afternoon tour picks up at approximately 1:00–1:30PM and includes dinner. Private pickup and return times are arranged with your booking.

Discover My Son Sanctuary

On the Group programmes, an electric shuttle covers part of the approach before a walking visit among the ancient temples. Allow around two hours at the site with your English-speaking guide, learning about Cham history and architecture. The programme also includes a traditional Apsara performance; visit order and performance arrangements may vary.

Make traditional rice paper

Visit a local home for a hands-on introduction to rice-paper making. Try the technique yourself and taste the rice paper you prepare.

Enjoy a local meal

The morning Group programme includes a Vietnamese lunch at a local home. The afternoon Group programme includes dinner. Both Private options include lunch. Please tell us about dietary requirements when you send your request.

Private from Hoi An or Da Nang

Both Private options combine My Son, rice-paper making and lunch. The Hoi An departure also includes a boat trip; the Da Nang departure does not. Your pickup time, route details and Private inclusions will be confirmed before the booking is accepted.

Return to your hotel

The morning Group programme lists an approximate 1:30PM finish. The afternoon programme includes dinner before the return transfer, so do not plan around a guaranteed 6:00PM hotel arrival. Final return timing depends on the programme and traffic and is confirmed with your booking.

Shared Group departures welcome solo requests; you join other travellers. Departure availability is confirmed before booking.
Private prices use the number of guests aged 10 and above. Children do not select the price tier, but all travelling guests count toward the supported group size.
For parties above 12 guests, contact us for a tailored quote rather than using the online estimate.

Before you travel

The visit includes walking around an outdoor archaeological site. Wear comfortable shoes and bring sun protection and drinking water.
Please provide your hotel name and address and each child’s age in the request. Tell us about dietary or mobility requirements so suitable arrangements can be checked.
