Vietravel Airlines took delivery of aircraft VN-A295 in Hanoi on October 27 as it expands its fleet.
Vietravel Airlines received an Airbus A321 at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport on October 27, adding aircraft VN-A295 as part of its 2026 fleet expansion.

The carrier expects the additional aircraft to increase operating capacity for the year-end travel peak and the 2027 Lunar New Year period, according to Vietnam News Agency. An airline executive said it would also give the company more flexibility as it develops its network.
For its longer-term fleet plans, Vietravel Airlines and Airbus have exchanged an agreement covering 50 aircraft: 20 A220s and 30 from the A321 family. Purchase contracts are expected to be signed later, with deliveries scheduled to begin in 2029.
The airline currently connects Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with several domestic destinations and operates international services including routes to Bangkok and Shenzhen, the report said.
