Sun Group presented Visit Vietnam at ITB Asia 2026; an official launch event in Phu Quoc is expected toward year-end.
Sun Group presented Visit Vietnam internationally for the first time at ITB Asia 2026 in Singapore, held from October 21 to 23. The digital travel platform is part of Vietnam’s national digital tourism ecosystem and is developed and operated by Sun Group with government sponsorship and in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the National Data Association.

Visit Vietnam is designed to bring destination information, travel products and services together. The report describes a Travel Feed that recommends destinations, dining and experiences, plus an AI Trip Planner for conversational searches and itinerary suggestions. Users are also described as being able to choose and book services within the same conversation.
An official launch event is expected in Phu Quoc toward the end of 2026. The Republic of Korea is identified as a priority market for the platform’s initial phase.
