Tour Leader job Description
As a Tour Leader, you are not just showing people around. You are responsible for leading the group, telling great stories, managing timing, and supporting your fellow guides. You will:
Be the main person in charge during each tour
Represent the spirit and quality of AN Tours Vietnam
Manage group flow, guest engagement, and timekeeping
Share cultural knowledge and local insights with confidence
Mentor and guide junior tour assistants during the tour
Ensure safety, smooth operation, and high guest satisfaction
Applicable tours
You will take the lead in one or more of the following:
You must have/ be
Fluent in English communication
Strong storytelling and public speaking skills
Good knowledge of Saigon’s culture, food, and history
A natural team leader who can guide, support, and energize others
Responsible, organized, and good under pressure
Scooter license (at least A1) for scooter tours
Previous experience working as a tour guide for AN Tours Vietnam, or any similar companies is an advantage
