Usual vehicle capacity: 7-seater — 4 passengers + 5 luggage items; 16-seater — 10 passengers + 10 luggage items. Children count as passengers.
You can still submit a request above these capacities. Our team will confirm a suitable vehicle and the final price.
Extra charges
Pickup from 22:00 to before 06:00: +50,000 VND per transfer.
Vietnamese national holiday: +50,000 VND per transfer. Applicable surcharges are added together.
Airport Transfer Guide
Ho Chi Minh Airport to city (Airport pick-up)
- We collect your basic information and flight number – arrival time
- Our driver will be at the airport before or right at the time you arrive (as the airport does not let us stay for too long)
- Our friendly driver will greet you with a sign of your name at the arrival hall. Please come to GF-11 column (International arrival)
For domestic flights, please note that our drivers are not allowed to move the car next to the terminal gate. Therefore, he will greet and help you move to the car parking area. - After greeting, they will escort you to the vehicle & help you with the luggage
- If your flight is delayed, our drivers will update & wait
Hotel to airport (airport drop-off)
- We collect your basic information and flight number – departure time
- For transfer from the hotel to the airport, we will pick you up 2-3 hours before the flight time, so that you can do the customs at the airport.
- Our friendly driver will arrive at the arranged time at your hotel
- After greeting, they will help you with the luggage
- Moving to the airport and drop-off
