Our tour guide will arrive at your hotel to pick you up at 5:00 – 6:00 PM depending on your location. We will take a taxi to our walking area, while our tour guide makes some introduction about Vietnamese food and culture.
Let’s start our journey on the Local Night Food Tour with the secret local food of Lang Son – a mountainous area in the north of Vietnam. Though its name is strange, the taste will make you fall in love from the first bite.
While trying the mountainous food of Vietnam in a local family restaurant, we will ask the locals to give you a try to do a mini cooking class, in which you will cook the food you are eating.
Please note that as we are visiting locals, they may not be able to operate this some days due to their health conditions, not like in a tourist restaurant where they can operate activities all day.
Saying goodbye to the mountainous food restaurant with originates from the North, we will take a walk through the local small streets before reaching another food from the South: a grilled one in herbs wrapped with delicious Vietnamese rice papers.
